Happy snow day Atlanta! Got a snow photo? We want to see them, send it over! (Photo of official Mitzvah House snowman attached*)

Mitzvah Kitchen is next week and we want to treat the people in your life to homemade soup. Nominate someone HERE. Someone who had a medical procedure, a baby (we're going to nominate ourselves, lol) or who could use a little love for any reason.

The hardest storms produce the brightest rainbows. May we see that beauty very very soon. Lesson from today being a fast day, a day of mourning on the Jewish calendar, but in the future this will be a day of celebration.

Light Shabbat candles today, Friday January 10th before 5:28 PM

Two children in winter coats standing beside a snowman with a golden bucket hat in a snowy yard with evergreen trees.

It was a milestone week for us with TWO families using the new Mitzvah House Library space to host an event. Host a party with us. Check out the photo from their party.

Have a peaceful, warm Shabbos,

Rabbi Zalmy Goldberg

*It's the yellow MH kippah that makes the snowman a Mitzvah House represent. Want one? Stop by the Mitzvah House Library. May come with a side of tefillin or learning date with the Rabbi.
