Ever walk into a room and feel like if you didn't show up, nobody would notice? We all have days when we feel like just an extra.
A Torah has thousands of letters. If even one letter, one little yud, is missing, the whole Torah is not kosher. The same is true for a mezuzah or tefillin: they're written with real ink on parchment, and sometimes a letter can fade or crack. One tiny crack in a single letter, and the whole thing is invalid.
That's the value of one letter, and of each one of us. No one else can fill your spot. We need every single one to be whole.

Avraham, at 99 years old and in pain three days after his bris, sits outside looking for guests so that every person feels welcome. He doesn't see dusty travelers. He sees people worth the effort.
Who can you reach out to today who might need a little love, and a reminder that they count?
You count. Every letter counts.
