One Mitzvah Big Impact fundraiser flyer for buying a bus, raising $75K for Mitzvah House

There's a new baby girl in the Goldberg fam! Open for a super cute photo.

The most powerful form of inspiration doesn’t come from outside—it comes from within. If we can clear away the distractions and challenges of life, like a well deep within the earth, we can uncover a deep reserve of purpose that is uniquely ours. In this week's Torah portion, Toldot, Isaac does lots of well digging. Unlike his father who sought to bring truth and goodness to everyone by searching them out, Isaac practiced a different form of teaching. He instead used the art of developing what is already there and to be found in each place and person. The well thing is the inspiration behind our new baby daughter, Miriam Massouda's, name. Like Isaac, Miriam is known for lots of things, one of them being her miraculous well.

Light Shabbat Candles before 5:10 PM in Dunwoody.

We are so grateful to Hashem for a new healthy baby daughter and couldn't be more thrilled for her to meet all of you! We posted a photo or two of her here . If you want to gift the thank Gd already-spoiled-with-love little girl here's her registry. But let's be real. As a Mitzvah House baby you can instead gift her mom and dad give towards the Mitzvah Bus campaign here

in Miriam's honor.

Rabbi Zalmy Goldberg

P.S. This week Chaya will light an extra candle in honor of our new daughter, to signify the power and light each child brings into this world. I invite you (all women and girls over age three and at least one person in each house) to light the Shabbat candles and flood the world with light.

After some very difficult news this past weekend, we started the week at the Dunwoody Village event and got to share in so many mitzvahs with people in the community. Fight darkness with light! Do another mitzvah! May we hear good news from all our brothers and sisters around the world and especially from Israel.
