There's five public school Jewish heritage clubs this week (Monday-Kingsley Elementary, Tuesday- Austin Elementary, Vanderlyn Elementary, Wednesday- Chamblee Middle, Thursday- Ridgeview Middle) and in less than two weeks is the 4th annual Chanukah menorah lighting at Dunwoody Village (with a tribute to Rose Lubin H"YD, songs by Rabbi G, and fire show)
Plus three other Chanukah offerings. See below.
PS As usual. we intended for our weekly email to be sent on Friday, but here we are! Instead of Shabbat Shalom we'll leave you with a wish that it be a very good week.
As it turns out, this email is being sent on a special day on the Chabad calendar. It is the wedding anniversary of the Rebbe and Rebbitzen. While they did not have any biological children, the whole world has been impacted by their marriage. If you feel your life has been affected by the Rebbe, do an extra mitzvah to celebrate this special occasion.
PPS The Mitzvah Bus has been purchased. and it's been sent off to the retrofitters. Thank you 170+ donors for believing in the mission and making this happen!
What's that? you want to be a part of this legendary project? It's not too late!
