Help us out. Thank G-d we have quite the crowd for Thursday's babka bake. Should we do meat or dairy? We're serving apps so like mini cheese and lox toasts or mini corned beef subs and pickles? What thinks you?
Babka spots when like hot cakes, I mean hot babka. RSVPed for the babka bake and can't make it Thursday? Let us know, those spots are precious.
Turns out that despite us being quite imperfect, messing up often, and sometimes choosing all the wrong things, we were given the Torah. Not only despite that but because of our humanity. G-d seems to like our unique artwork over A-I generated stock photos. Messy humans over perfect angels. Go figure. On this bumpy, rocky, confusing journey we call life, we choose to do the right thing? That's powerful. Therefore the ultimate treasure and wisdom, blueprint of the world, masterpiece of the Creator, Torah, belongs to us. We deserve it the most and need it the most. -also we have a Torah class on Wednesday evenings. (paid advertisement)
That's a thought from Parshat Yisro. Shabbat candle lighting in Dunwoody at 5:50PM.
